All materials, including original artworks and prints, are described and displayed as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitor settings and materials, the colors may appear slightly different in person. Colors, Frames, and any other components you see are not included with the product.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on any purchases made through Antevasi Art. This policy applies to all products, including but not limited to original artworks, prints, and custom orders. We have this policy in place as we only print on-demand due to sustainability reasons.

4. Damaged Items

While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, damages can occasionally occur during delivery. In such cases, we will review the matter on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the damaged item.
Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging must be provided.
We may request additional details to evaluate the damage claim.
Approved claims may result in a replacement (if possible) or partial compensation.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to all locations in the United States.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (The average is 5-11 days for delivery).
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Antevasi Art, including but not limited to images, text, and graphics, is the property of Antevasi Art or its artists and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any material is strictly prohibited.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Antevasi Art is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
